It can be difficult and time consuming to identify and resolve the issues in a dispute between two business partners when things have gone sideways. You need cogent advice on how to proceed. It is usually necessary to go back to the time when everyone was getting along, and work forward from there to see what happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why it is better (and less expensive) to have a lawyer draft an agreement between the partners when you embark on a new business venture, to make sure that everyone understands what they need to put in, what they can expect to get out, what the risks are, and that all contingencies have been provided for.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
